Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast, who was an athlete and captain of 2012's Fierce Five and 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals in floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze medal for the balance beam. She was the first Olympic gymnast with the highest number of medals. In 2016, the Olympics brought her the gold medal in the team event. This earned both she and Gabby the distinction of being the first Americans to ever win consecutive team golds. Also, silver medals were awarded in both the all-around individual and floor exercises. After the 2 Olympics she had taken a break from competitive gymnastics for 3 years. She was also a part of the gold medal winning American teams at 2 World Championships. When she was just 2, she began to learn gymnastics. Her favorite sport is floor exercise. Aly gives to the Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in honor of her departed grandmother. As for the future, she is planning to create a profession from fashion. It is also her dream to extend her leotards line and her socks. Fierce the new novel she's working on, will be released at the end of this year.
