Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress and comedian, as well as activist) is a comedian. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and started her career as an actress as a child just after moving to the United States. She is most famous for her appearances in AT&T commercials on TV. In these commercials, she was Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and in 2020 (since 2020 (since). In addition to her commercial appearances, she was a regular on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and was a regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub has also been the voice for Squirrel girl on Marvel Rising since 2018, following her appearance in the television pilot that has not yet aired New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish and was born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. When she was two years old her parents and she moved to the U.S. as refugees to avoid antisemitism and settled in West Hollywood. Due to financial difficulties in her family, she began performing in Mattel Barbie commercials when she was five years old. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. After her sophomore year, she dropped out and got a GED. She continued, however, to obtain a Bachelor of Arts, Communication from University of California San Diego. She studied improv with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
